We are looking for a nurturing and engaging full-time nanny to care for our 3 children. Childcare would primarily be full time for our infant, who will be around 6 months by the spring, and our 4-year-old, who will attend preschool in the mornings 3 days a week. Our 6-year-old will mostly be in school, and at an after school program 3 days a week. We are able to guarantee 40 hours/week with paid time off. Both parents work full time from home so we do have some amount of flexibility. Ideally, we would love to find a nanny who has some experience with infants and caring for multiple children. We are looking for someone who enjoys planning fun activities (particularly for the 4-year-old) both indoors and out; and who will be a calm, caring and reliable presence for our kids. We hope to find someone who will be with us longer term.
