Given the flexibility needed in this role, this could be live-in (offsite fully furnished apartment) or local live-out After 4 years with their amazing Nanny, a wonderful family in Cambridge is seeking a full-time, long-term (3+ year) Nanny for their two children, ages 4 and 6, starting as soon as they find the right fit (targeting a mid-Nov/early December start)! The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30am-6 p.m. with a compensated break from 9:30am-12 p.m. daily, and guaranteed hours weekly. This position is perfect for a Nanny with schedule flexibility and the desire for more hours as the family will require additional support on occasional weekend days, overnights, and date nights. The family also loves to travel and the ideal Nanny is available to travel mainly throughout the summer months but also sporadically throughout the school year. A great match for this family brings experience and a passion for working with children! Someone who brings a warm, patient, friendly, and positive attitude to the day, an excitement to plan activities geared towards the children's interests, and a helpful, collaborative mindset. The family would love to find an extension of their family- someone who is genuinely invested in their children's lives and will prioritize their safety and support their growth and development. An active Nanny who enjoys planning outings in and around the city would thrive in this role! The family has a 4-month-old puppy so please be pet friendly. A license is required for this role and a Nanny car is provided (if needed). Parking is available. Compensation: $40+/hour with optional healthcare stipend, paid vacations, paid holidays, and paid sick time. All pay on the books through payroll.
