We are a 2 parent working family with 2 middle school children. Ideal candidate can work at least 7 hours/day (some flexibility in hours but must cover 1:30-5:30 pm), can drive (car available), and act like a "mom" like figure who can pitch in on multiple things (dishwasher, some meal prep, errands, driving kids to activities). We have flexibility on day of week. We have someone 4 days/week for many years and could use extra help and would love to set up a longstanding and collaborative relationship...
