Full job description Job Title: Lead Preschool Teacher (a. k. a. Engineer of Fun and Learning!) Are you ready to turn finger paint into masterpieces and story time into epic adventures? We're on the lookout for a vibrant, energetic, and caring Engineer of Fun and Learning to join our preschool crew! As our Lead Preschool Teacher, you won't just be helping-you'll be creating magical moments of curiosity, creativity, and giggles. From circle time to snack time, you'll help little learners explore the world, one building block at a time. What You'll Be Up To: Overseeing our assistant teachers to plan and guide awesome daily activities Turning everyday moments into teachable (and unforgettable!) ones Keeping a safe, clean, and super fun classroom environment Helping kids build friendships, solve problems, and believe in themselves Singing, dancing, building, painting-and occasionally wearing stickers like badges of honor What You Bring to the Table: A love for working with young children (bonus points if you know the words to every Disney song) Patience, positivity, and a sense of humor Ability to support classroom routines and jump in where needed Some experience in early childhood education or working with kids is awesome-but passion is everything And you'll need that EEC certification!
