South End Boston Full-time Nanny

Nanny Kate & Co. is seeking a full-time for a family in the South End pf Boston for a family with two children, ages 3 and 5, starting January 2nd (flexible to earlier!). The schedule is Monday (8am-6pm), and Tuesday through Friday (7:45am-6pm), with guaranteed hours weekly. The family would love to find a nanny to be with them for years to come! A great match for this role is kind, patient, personable, playful, and excited to proactively plan and engage the children in activities and outings! The family hopes to find a nanny who will collaboratively partner with them in the care of the children, instilling positive values, diving into and supporting their individual interests, and providing a safe, nurturing, and fun environment. Driving is not required on a daily basis but a license is preferred (family car available). Activities and school are within walking distance. Parking is not available. Walking distance to Silver and Orange lines. One parent works from home in a private office. The family has no pets. Multilevel home with lots of stairs! Compensation: $32+/hour ($91, 500+/year) with optional healthcare stipend, professional development stipend, commuter stipend, paid vacations, paid holidays, and paid sick time. All pay on the books through payroll.
