South End Boston Full-time Nanny

Nanny Kate & Co. is seeking a full-time Nanny for a family in the South End of Boston, starting as soon as possible. The Family has three children, ages 3 months, 3. 5 and 5. Their oldest is in school full-time, the 3. 5-year-old is in school half days, and the baby will be home full-time. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 6pm, with 50 guaranteed hours weekly. The family is open to more hours (up to 55) if the nanny is interested. They would love to find someone who can stay with them for years to come! A great match for this role has experience caring for infants and multiple children at varying ages- someone nurturing, active, communicative, collaborative, independent, confident, and playful. A nanny who can creatively engage the children in activities and proactively plan fun outings and playdates around the city would be great! They would love to find someone open to travel 1-2 weeks per year. A driver's license is required for this role. Parking is available, if needed, and while driving is not an everyday function of this job, the family will provide a car for use during working hours, to be used as needed. Both parents work primarily outside of the home. They have no pets. Compensation: $95, 000+/year with optional healthcare stipend and paid benefits package. All pay on the books through payroll.
