Hi! We are on the market for a full time nanny for an infant starting around 11 weeks old. I am a surgical resident and my husband is a data scientist, so we have two very full time jobs. We occasionally may need help in the evenings or for overnights, depending on my shift schedule. We have free private parking available and live in a standalone house in Bay Village. We have one friendly dog. We are hoping to find someone who is excited about working with infants, spends a lot of time outdoors with minimal screen time, and has a community of people so the baby can become socialized. We are also hoping to find someone who is interested in getting the baby on a sleep training schedule early.
