South End Nanny For Loving 1 And 4 Year Olds

Seeking a nanny to care for our 1-year-old son and 4-year-old daughter in the South End- a short walk to Back Bay Station. The primary care responsibility is for our son who will be 18 months in January, as our daughter will be at school until the late afternoon. (bus pickup at 4:15 is part of the daily responsibilities, will transition to pickup at camp during the summer) Our priority is for someone who is going to create an engaging, loving and learning environment, take him for outings, help with laundry and prepare lunch. My husband and I work outside the home we are hoping for someone who can keep things running smoothly during the week: help with tidying, organization and small errands. Hoping for someone who is flexible, anticipates needs, and is willing to work seamlessly with our busy schedules!
