We need a nanny for our newborn son. He is a preemie but continues to hit milestones on time and in many cases ahead of schedule. We are looking for a nanny as the original plan of daycare is no longer ideal due to his preemie immune system. He will be 4. 5 months when you start. We are looking for someone who has worked with infants before, ideally preemies. We have Early Intervention scheduled but it would be great to have someone who understands things to be looking for and how to create age appropriate enrichment for when he is awake. We have a 6-year-old labradoodle named Duke who loves people. The two get along great except Duke will run away when the baby cries at times haha. I will be working from home but need to have my concentration there so appreciate someone taking care of the baby so that I can focus on that.
