Patient & Playful Sitter For 4-Year-Old Son (ASD Exp. Pref.)

Seeking a reliable, patient, and playful caregiver for our sweet 4-year-old son. He is on the autism spectrum (smart, verbal, fun-loving) and thrives with routine and a calm, positive environment. Role is to be a great play partner at home: engaging his interests (robots, animals, Lego) & providing fun, 1-on-1 companionship. Schedule: Need long-term sitter(s) with high availability NOW for a temporary, high-hour schedule (weekday afternoons, eves, weekends). This transitions to a stable, long-term, part-time role with fewer, regular hours. Ideal Candidate: Verifiable preschool/childcare experience. Experience with ASD is strongly preferred. Exceptionally patient, calm, reliable, & punctual. Open to hiring 1-2 great sitters to cover the schedule. Looking for long-term team members.
