Recurring AM Sitter Needed For 1 Child In Arlington

I'm looking for a great morning babysitter for my active 7. 5 yr old son. I have to leave the house by 615 a.m. and he needs to be at camp or school by 8 a.m. Not a lot involved - breakfast and getting ready for the day and keeping him off a screen! Must love animals - several dogs and small animals in the home. My son is a stickler for routines so ideally any candidate should be able to commit to several days a week (my schedule varies so must be flexible) and would ideally commit through the school yr 2024-2025. Camp and school are a walking distance from our home and there is ample parking in my driveway. I try not to work Mondays but may ask for up to 3-4 mornings/week. Option to help with evenings and weekends for extra cash.
