Nanny Needed 3 Days/Week For 1 Baby

We are soon to be a family of 3 (mom, dad and new baby girl). Mom works outside the house 3 days/week and Dad works 5 days/week (2 days from home). We are looking for a responsible, experienced, caring nanny to look after our daughter starting late summer/early fall of 2024. Start date is flexible. She will be 4-5 months old at that time. Job would entail 3 full days of childcare per week (to cover mom's workdays), with occasional evening or weekend babysitting as mutually agreeable if interested. Schedule would be roughly 8am-6 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday. Our ideal candidate would have significant infant experience, is vaccinated, and a licensed and insured driver. We have a mindful, loving, and playful approach to parenting, with an emphasis on being outdoors, and learning through creative play and reading.
