We are looking for a full-time nanny option in the range of 40-50 hours a week with likely a week off every 6 -8 weeks or so when grandma visits. Also, our friends around the corner with a 10-month-old are interested in a nanny share for 20-30 hours if you are open to watching two babies at once , not a deal breaker if that sounds like too much. Also interested in light housework during that day such as general pickup, emptying/loading dishwasher, laundry folding, etc. We do have a 9-year-old lab/boxer mix who is generally quite lazy throughout the day in her old age.
