I am expecting my first baby at the end of July. My husband and I are both in the medical field, specifically in the OR, so we have to be at work early. I will have a set schedule of Wednesday-Friday 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. My husbands schedule will vary some, but for the most part he has to be at work between 5:30-6 and gets home around 3 p.m. The only time it changes is every third week he is on call for the entire week so he goes into work between 8:30 a.m. - 10 a.m. and can end up working all afternoon/night depending on emergent surgeries. This would be the only week when we may need someone to stay later than 3 p.m. Regardless of hours, we will pay full-time hours. Even when my husband may have some early days off of work and can relieve a sitter early. We appreciate anyone willing to help us, and we are so appreciative already.
