About the job

FTM going back to work after maternity leave, baby will be about 10-12wk. I work in healthcare but should be outpatient/regular office hours. I know I'll be working for 1mo after I come back to finish some training, then may have some time off but will need to study for Oct board exams, then eventually will start my first job. My husband passed away early in my pregnancy, was going to be a stay at home mom and have high standards for safety and 1:1 attention, enrichment for the kid, plus likely to need some help around the house. I guess I'm basically looking to replace myself at home while I'm at work! Will be big on routine/schedule to stay sane. Got two wonderful grandmothers who will be supportive but my mom lives 45min away and MIL is grieving her son, not good options for long-term daily care. Plan to exclusively breastfeed.
