We are expecting our first child in early September. We would like to find someone to help with our son starting likely in mid-October, though this is flexible and could be sooner for household help if desired. Ideally, this would be a long-term connection with the right person. We will offer sick time and vacation, and we will compensate appropriately for someone to be reliable, kind, and gentle with our little one. I will be home for at least the first few months as well, but I'd love an extra set of hands to help with the baby, light day in day out housekeeping and laundry (we have a housekeeper for true cleaning), as well as occasional errands etc.
