I work 12hr shifts at Lake Urgent Care and typically work 3-4 days a week. Meaning that you will with my child longer. My schedule varies with days. I may have to work weekends. My daughter is 2 years old, she is a very busy child. I am potty training her, she is doing fairly well. I have two older children 15yr old son and 9yr old daughter. There is a possibility that my older two will also need some watching over the summer basically meaning summer activities. I am not expecting you to clean my house (just keep it tidy) or run my errands. You must have patience, be creative, have strong understanding of child development. You have to have strong communication skills. I have an authoritative parenting style, meaning I'm nurturing, responsive, supportive, yet I set firm limits.
