Seeking Nurturing Infant Caregiver (Part Time)

We're in search of a nurturing individual to care for a 12-month-old toddler in our home. The child's mother works from home and will be present during care times, with rare exceptions. Ideal candidates will: - Have experience with early childhood education, especially Montessori type methods. - Share our emphasis on nurture as the foundation of a healthy future. - Be passionate for educating and raising future kind, caring, and compassionate adults. In addition to the baby, our household has two medium-large dogs and one smaller one, so candidates must be comfortable around this type of pet. They are very enthusiastic and friendly once they know someone, but can be a bit wary at first.
