30+ Hr/wk Experienced, Reliable Nanny Needed For Energetic 10 Month Old

We are hiring a nanny to work 30+ hours per week primarily caring for our 10 mo baby and secondarily helping with baby meal prep, laundry, light cleaning, and maybe dishes. I work from home and nurse her regularly, so I am in and out. Regular hours are 10am-4 p.m. M-F, plus a 6-8 p.m. shift on Monday evenings if available. Desiring someone interested in sticking around long term and with experience in early childhood learning. Our baby girl is happy, loud, energetic, & curious. She crawls as fast as she can, smashes toys together, grabs hair, picks up teeny specks of dirt to eat, watches butterflies outside briefly, and is at it again. Reliability is extremely important to us as neither of us have family in town as backup. We also have two large dogs; comfort with dogs is a must, and willingness to dog sit when we leave town is a bonus!
