As a former nanny myself, Im looking for someone reliable and attentive. You wont encounter micromanagement, being asked to do tasks outside of our agreement, or closed communication. I just need someone who genuinely enjoys caring for babies to be with my little while I cant. Id prefer you be CPR certified, have experience with small babies, and have reliable transportation. Like I said, as a former nanny myself, I believe a relaxed and healthy work environment for you equals a long term partnership for us.
