Part-Time Caregiver For Joyful Infant Son

We are looking for a part-time caregiver for our 10mo son. It's important for us to find someone who can provide an energetic, caring, and safe environment for our son to continue developing and exploring milestones. Our son is joyful, active, and loves to be playful. It is important to us that his caregiver is up to date on vaccines, specifically MMR, Tdap, flu, and covid (at least the first 2 doses), as we want him to stay happy and healthy. We desire a caregiver that is consistent and reliable and are offering monthly performance-based pay increases. We also hope to find someone that could stay with us until spring.
