My 4-year-old son he is in PreK .. I would like to transition them to a full time nanny while I work and I can homeschool in evenings, maybe mornings some days. My 2-year-old twin girls. They are sweet and bubbly. They have almost mastered potty training so I would just ask for promoting milestones. All have a lot of energy and I ask they get to go outside as much as possible unless weather is severe. Sometimes we do meals outside, scavenger hunts, parks, and mud pies or whatever let them get dirty and be kids. Willing to pay extra for days Im not working. Self care days, girls night out, etc. I make my own schedule so I am really flexible but Id prefer a Monday- Friday schedule. I can give your schedule in advance.
