Full-Time Nanny/Educator Lexington, KY $40$49/hr (W-2, paid holidays & vacation) Schedule: MonFri 6:308 a.m. & 38:30 p.m. (split shift); occasional weekends. Private family seeks a mature, dependable caregiver for two school-age kids who thrive on structure, empathy, and consistency. Duties include morning routine, school drop-off/pick-up, transport to appointments, homework help, healthy dinners, and calm evening routines. Provide full-day care on snow/no-school days. Ideal candidate: 5+ yrs childcare/teaching, strong organization and communication, experience with ADHD/anxiety, valid license, CPR/First Aid certified (or willing). Family vehicle provided.
