6-week-old care and on, must be CPR certified, must pass a background check, must agree to be in home and never leave the home, no visitors, baby is not to be exposed to television/phone at any time (when baby is sleeping youre welcome to watch our tv) , four hour shifts mon-fri, must have newborn experience, must agree to be recorded in common areas, one week trial period with mom, never work holidays/weekends, must be a woman, we use breastmilk and cloth diapers, we own a housekeeping business hours may extend to 6 hours but never longer. Must have references. Must have reliable transportation. Must be comfortable around animals (we have 2 cats, a 14-year-old beagle, a bearded dragon and a turtle)
