I will be working for Christian County school system in January and I would have a 12-week-old by then. He has been diagnosed with ALS deficiency and needs medication and medicated regulated formulas throughout the day. This requires careful monitoring and notating his exact feeds and diapers. If you see signs of lethargic, unwilling to eat fever medical attention is needed immediately.
