We are looking for a patient, reliable, and caring childcare provider to watch two children: a fun, energetic 5-year-old and a sweet 2-year-old with autism. The ideal candidate is calm, structured, and experienced with toddlers and neurodivergent children or willing to learn with guidance. Primary Responsibilities Supervise both children at all times to ensure a safe, positive environment Engage the children in age-appropriate play, activities, and learning Provide extra support and patience during transitions, especially for the 2-year-old Assist with simple meals, snacks, and light clean-up after eating/activities Maintain consistent routines (nap schedule, quiet time, play time) Help with diaper changes and/or potty training as needed Support communication using simple language, gestures, or routine cues Monitor sensory
