I'm a mom of two and a small-business owner managing four Airbnbs in Wichita. I'm looking for part-time help from someone reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive who enjoys a mix of organization, cleaning, and light childcare. This is a hybrid role focused on maintaining high-quality guest spaces while also providing support with my 2-month-old as needed. Tasks will vary day to day depending on what's needed most, with an overall 60/40 split between household management and childcare.
