Nanny Needed For 2 Children

Our current nanny has to stop working due to medical issue, so we are looking for someone who could start ASAP (in the next 1-2 weeks). We have a 4-year-old girl and a 1-year-old boy. Familiarity with gentle parenting methods is a priority to us, and we would love to find someone who is passionate about our kids! Job duties would include reliable transportation to take our daughter to and from preschool two days a week. We also ask that our nanny wash the kids plates/cups/utensils during the day and empty the dishwasher 1-2x per week along with putting away the kids' laundry. Must be comfortable with dogs as we have a very lovable Pug. Hours are Monday-Thursday roughly 7:15 to 4-4:30. We are a dual physician household with demanding jobs, so punctuality and reliability are very important.
