My son is 4 months old. I have a routine for him which I will explain when we book! Its pretty simple and straightforward. I would prefer someone who is engaging and doesnt sit him in front of the tv all day. Just play with him, take him on walks if the weather is appropriate, right now Im helping him to sit up and do tummy time. He likes music so I like to put calm music like piano, or cinematic composed music, Tibetan bowls, calm flutes, anything regulating and calm. Setting the tone and the atmosphere is what I enjoy doing for him. Just overall being loving and kind. Treating him as if he were your own and protecting his peace.
