About the job
First, a very big priority for me is that whoever watches my kids also has a huge heart for Jesus. I am looking for someone who loves to play and be outside. I would love my kids to get to go outside often, go to playgrounds, the zoo, etc. I would also like my 6-year-old daughter to do her homeschooling curriculum and my 4-year-old son to do some preschool activities. They love to play outside, play inside with toys, play play/doh, do crafts, etc. I would like this person to do small things like the dishes and pick up after any activities with the kids. Although I want this person to hold my kids accountable for cleaning their own messes.
