Babysitter Every Other Week For 4month Old Sweet Boy

Hi! My name is Nichele and my husband and I are looking for someone to help watch our sweet boy! He's 4months old and is the sweetest. I am an ICU nurse so my weekly schedule changes. I am also night shift so we are just needing someone to help watch our son in the mornings while I catch some sleep. Non-smoking house, we do have pets, (1 Great Pyrenees, 1 husky mix, and 1 kitty). We currently have my mother watching our son every other week and are needing help on the weeks she is not here.
