Babysitter Needed For 2 Children

I'm looking for a great babysitter for 2 children. My husband works from home and I am a trauma surgeon with a varied schedule. We are looking for help at least 2-3 evenings a week and approximately 2 weekends per month. During the week, you would function as a second parent (helping with dinner/cleanup/homework/bath routine/playtime). On weekends when I am working, we generally are looking for 8-12 on Saturday mornings to allow him to get a bike ride in. So that time would be independent childcare. Some light tidying up would be part of our caregiver's responsibilities. This would generally be when one or both of us is home and we would ask you to fold clothes or clean kitchen while we care for children. We do have two 50 lb dogs, so please consider that when applying.
