Recurring Babysitter/nanny Needed For Twin Boys-10 Months Old About 25 Hours A Week

My identical twin boys are almost 10 months and generally happy, eat well, and naps are great some days, others, not so much. We live in an imperfect house with two dogs. The big one is outside most of the time, weather permitting. The boys are breastfed and cloth diapered; it's easy, I promise. I do all the washing and poop spraying, etc. we're doing a mix of baby led weaning and spoon feeding. They love being outside and going for walks in the stroller and destroying the house. :) I only work part time 4 days a week. Some weeks I'm gone all day every day, and others I have a lot of virtual patients and work from home. So the hours vary week to week, but average about 25 hours. Thursdays are always my day off. My mother or teenage kids are sometimes available for backup if necessary.
