Occasional Babysitter For Date Nights - Potential For Weekly Hours With SAHM!

We are looking for a fun, engaging babysitter for our two boys - 2. 5 years old and 2 months old. We are a young couple who wants to have a reliable person that can occasionally babysit our boys for years to come as we venture out on date nights. I'm also a SAHM that could use some help on Tuesday or Thursday so that I can attend appointments, run errands, etc. On these days, it would just be the baby at home that would need care. I could also use occasional help on weekend mornings/early afternoons when my husband golfs! Wed love someone with their own vehicle who would feel comfortable taking the children in the community for fun activities. Wed also appreciate someone who loves to play outdoors (we have land and a creek behind our home) and feels comfortable doing light housekeeping (related to the kids). We do have one small dog.
