7 yo son with moderate autism/adhd, speech delay. Sweet boy, loves sky zone, deep blue, parks, riding hope therapy, keyboard, incredibly bright. Does have some anxiety with new things, can get frustrated with speech delay, very picky eater (always working on that), only mild sensory issues otherwise. Definitely need someone willing to perform structured potty training routine at regular intervals due to improving encopresis/constipation. Parents newly divorced, half time schedule. I work part time 20 hrs/week and essentially need someone to cover during that time. Thanks
