Full-time Nanny For 2 Toddlers And A Kindergartener

Hi! We're looking for full-time (M-F, 8-4:30) care for two sweet and silly girls (4 and 3) and their baby brother (11 mo). Our oldest is headed to school in the fall, so this will primarily be care for the 2 youngest. $480/week with some flexibility in schedule. Mom and dad work from home but we won't hover. We believe in respectful parenting with clear boundaries to build resilient children. Play is the work of the child; we encourage hands-on learning, developing real-world skills, and playing outside as much as possible. Active involvement with the kids is a must, but there will be down-time during naps/quiet time. We are requiring previous experience with children, up-to-date COVID vaccination, and we will provide you with training in our discipline methods. Can't wait to meet you!
