I work from 8 p.m. to midnight. My partner works in the evening into the night and travels almost daily for work. They will be going farther out of town starting in January meaning we need someone here so I can get to work. The schedule will be based off of his work hours and his schedule varies. There are absolutely no set times for his work. My son starts his bedtime routine at 7:15, so we need someone that can come put him to bed and stay with him until one of us is home.
