As-Needed Family Helper / Childcare Support Busy professional family led by a corporate executive mom seeking reliable, flexible help on an as-needed basis. Kids are in 3rd & 4th grade (ages 7 & 9), fun and independent, but we need an extra set of hands! Role is not a set schedule-some weeks little/no hours, other weeks more. Duties may include occasional morning help, after-school pick-up (1 mile from home), snacks, light activities, and general support. Must have reliable transportation, clean driving record, and enjoy school-age kids. Looking for someone flexible, dependable, positive, and patient. Located near NACS/Carroll High School.
