Nanny Needed For My Newborn

I am currently pregnant with my first baby. I will be getting induced on March 27th. I am having a baby girl. My husband and I are planning on taking about 8 weeks off work to spend with baby, so that puts us at needing child care starting around May 22nd. We would prefer someone who will come to our house to watch baby. We also have 2 dogs, a German shepherd and a husky, as well as cats, so we are looking for someone comfortable around animals. My husbands work schedule is 6:30 a.m. -3:00 p.m. Monday- Friday, so we will not need anyone on weekends. My work schedule is a little more unpredictable, so we are looking for someone to bridge the gaps when we are both working on the same days.
