Looking for at home childcare for a 4-month-old starting January 2026. Follow a pretty regular schedule using the huckleberry app with 4-5 naps daily. He is formula fed, learning to roll over, and pretty easy going. His day is from 8am-830 p.m. My husband and I are first responders where he works 24 hrs and I work 12. We need childcare on the days we both work or are switching off shifts. Somedays care is needed 5am-630 p.m. and others 5am-8 a.m. Some months it may only be needed 5 days and the next 12, it changes monthly on the days and amount of days needed. We could provide a schedule for months at a time or yearly if needed. Willing to negotiate terms and willing to pay a flat monthly rate as well to keep a consistent person.
