I am a realtor so my schedule sometimes is unpredictable but for the most part I am looking for someone to watch the youngest 1-2 days a weeks for 4 hours as I get back into the workforce and then eventually would be on a days notice if showings pop up. Ideally I would also like this person to be our go to for date nights so that would be watching all 3 kids. Someone who speaks Spanish would be ideal but not required.
