The job details basically watching him sleep. I work nights and I work a lot and I can handle the school drop off and pick up. I can manage his daily needs and homework assistance but I need someone to be present in the home while I work. My normal hours would be 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. however there are quite a few days I will work from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. His bedtime on school nights are 9 p.m. and he can bathed himself and probably needs a reminder to brush his teeth. Then he is in bed and you are free to sleep as soon as he falls asleep. All I ask is some light housekeeping. Once that's finished and he's asleep you are welcome to sleep until I get home. If you need me or see me during my lunch I work near.
