Mother's Helper/Babysitter Needed In Carmel

Looking for a mother's helper for two kids aged 4 and 7. They are very active, love imaginary games, cars, Minecraft (older child) and being outdoors. We hope to find someone that would be interested to babysit year round - not just summer. And we can discuss a schedule suitable for both when we find the right fit. Our ideal candidate would accompany me (mom!) on outings to the museum, park etc. but also be flexible to play indoors at home when needed. Occasionally, we'd want a night out and would like someone flexible.
