Need Nanny For A Bunch Of Girls

I'm expecting to need someone starting at the beginning of November/end of October. I have all girls, as the title says, a 6-month-old, 7-year-old, 12-year-old, and occasionally an 11-year-old (usually on breaks, some Mondays). I am looking for someone who is comfortable with the chaos of multiple children, will pay attention to this baby and help her develop properly, drop my 12-year-old off at band practice a few days a week, get dinner going in the crockpot from time to time, maybe an occasional curb-side grocery pick-up, and will generally just treat my kids right and be helpful. We have a Boston Terrier who is easy and an indoor/outdoor cat that visits from time to time so cat allergens are in the home. I need someone who can start part time and work up to full time.
