Looking for a reliable and flexible nanny for after school care, as well as house manager tasks . Tue and Wed are negotiable if you are looking for less hours. Responsibilities: Picking 5yo up from school. Mon & Thu, also pick up 3yo from daycare, prep/feed both dinner, & bedtime routine. We have 2 boys: a bright, loving 5yo with PDA autism, requiring a specific approach-mostly delightful, but we are transparent about challenges-and a rambunctious, funny, and sometimes defiant 3-year-old. Required Approach: Non-reactive/won't get into power struggles. When upset/stressed, 5yo may say unkind things or may hit you once. Once calm, he will reflect/apologize. Trying to correct him in the moment further dysregulates him.
