About the job
Schedule varies based on my work schedule. Will need care on days both myself and my husband work. Would typically be 2-4 days a week. Typically early morning until early evening on days full care is needed. Some days will only require half days. Need to make sure my oldest (10) gets ready for school, eats and onto the bus. Then make sure she reads, practices instrument and does homework after school (she does not need assistance doing these, just reminded). The oldest typically then plays with her friends or with her younger brother. Get my youngest (almost 2) up, fed breakfast. My youngest likes to play with toys, go for walks, throw balls together. Feed youngest lunch, then lay down for a nap.
