Likely not needed until Jan 2026 with more frequent assistance needed after I go back to work (Feb/March 2026) but would love to get to know you sooner. Hours: A little crazy, will likely end up being part time. Dad works regularly M-F, some weekends and sometimes on call; mom with varied schedule including days, evenings and nights. Requesting intermittent nighttime help when parents at work/working from home/need to sleep, and daytime support when parents at work and grandparents unable to assist. It will be different week to week. Can give monthly schedule at minimum 2 weeks in advance, usually longer (up to 1 month) notice.
