Were seeking a reliable, caring, and consistent babysitter for our energetic 10-month-old son. This role starts at two days per week (possibly expanding to three), with potential for more as our needs evolve. Our schedule revolves around Dads rotating police officer shifts (five days on, three days off), so sitter days will vary weekly we will provide advance notice to coordinate. Grandparents will be on premises during sitter hours for support. Hours: Flexible and varying; could be mornings starting at 9-10:00 - 3-4:30 p.m. or afternoons from 12:00 p.m. to 4:305:00 p.m. Typically 4-6hours per shift. Hes very busy, requires constant supervision. Mom currently works four days a week but hopes to increase to five, which may expand sitter needs. Were looking for someone who can commit long-term for consistency. Must be patient, energetic.
