Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Richton Park

I'm looking for a great nanny for 1 child. My son is 19 months old and is nonverbal so can not yet express what he needs through words. I'm looking for someone who preferably works with special needs or autistic children, do to my sons development and speech delay. I work over nights from6:30 p.m. to 7 a.m. 3 nights a week and I just really need someone to feed, and put him to bed. He usually goes to sleep around 7:30-8 p.m. and he generally sleeps through the night until around anywhere between 7:15-8 a.m. and I should be home by 7:30 a.m. seeing as I only have a 15 minute commute to and from work. I'm looking for someone who is patient and compassionate who is well versed in redirecting my sons attention/behavior (meaning the typical temper tantrum). My sons safety is of the utmost importance to me so I would love someone who pays close attention.
