Evening Nanny Needed For Chatty Toddler

We are a dual pilot family. I expect to be home every night but it might be late at night. We are looking for a nanny to do pick up from daycare, dinner, shower, and put to bed our daughter. Schedule will vary month to month but expecting to only be needed 2-3 days a week. Our schedules are known by the 16 the month prior and can be negotiated if needed. Occasional overnights may be needed but very rarely and there will be extra compensation for that. I think we are fairly traditional with moderately conservative value. We want our daughter to be a happy, thoughtful, and good person. Our daughter enjoys books, pretend play with kitchen food, and playgrounds with other children. She currently enjoys unicorns, paw patrol, and bluey. But we do limit her screen time. With her preschool activities we are working on number/letter recognition. Also, writing and spelling her name. We are looking for some who is loving and kind but will set boundaries with her and tell her no when needed. Someone who try to keep the same evening routine with her as we do. No public transit is available but street and driveway parking is available. We currently have a very shy cat and a snake in a cage in the basement. You will not be responsible for either animal.
